Elena Miller, The owner of Tysons Child Daycare LLC, was trained in Russia and Ukraine. As a top student, she started college a year early. She earned a four year degree from a College in Ukraine in Pre-school education with honors, and then earned a four year graduate degree from a Yelets University in Russia in Pre-School Pedagogy and Psychology. Upon graduation, she started out as a pre-school teacher and later was promoted to supervisor overseeing 52 pre-schools. Elena brings the expertise from her years of experience and training to bear in developing the curriculum, standards, and practices at our pre-school. We hire only the best qualified assistants, and she trains them in the standards and practices she employs herself.
